By accepting and paying this invoice, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:1. Payment
Payment must be made in full and upfront via PayPal as a “service” or “digital product.” Payments marked as “donation” or “friends and family” are not accepted. The client is responsible for any PayPal or currency conversion fees.2. Nature of the Service
This invoice covers a custom digital artwork (intangible product). No physical items will be shipped.3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not accepted once work has started, except under exceptional circumstances and only if authorized by the artist. Work is considered started when the artist delivers a first sketch, draft, preliminary file, or otherwise begins substantial work toward the commission.4. Delivery
The completed artwork will be delivered digitally in the agreed format (e.g., PNG). Delivery may be made via secure link, cloud storage, or other digital means. Estimated delivery time will be discussed in advance; any delays will be communicated.5. Usage Rights
- The client receives personal use rights to the commissioned artwork.
- The client may make personal modifications or edits to the artwork, provided such use remains non-commercial.
- Commercial use, resale, reproduction, NFT minting, or use of the image in AI datasets or training is strictly prohibited without the artist’s explicit written consent.
- The artist retains copyright and moral rights to the original artwork.6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Clients must contact the artist first to resolve any issues. Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback without prior communication may forfeit eligibility for future commissions and may be contested by the artist with supporting evidence of delivery and acceptance.7. Communication and Conduct
The artist reserves the right to decline or cancel projects that violate these terms or include offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.8. Acknowledgment
By completing payment, the client acknowledges receipt of an intangible digital service and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
